This includes asking fellow engineers questions on WhatsApp, sharing advice in Facebook groups and using training hubs to upskill – all powered by Honest’s business SIMs.

“Whenever we need new eSIMs, I order in the Honest hub. They’re instantly emailed to the Heat Geek for them to activate,” says Sian. “It makes life much easier, especially if they’re in low signal areas.”
When Heat Geek needed help during mass onboarding, Honest’s customer support was there to help right away.
